Refund & Cancellation Policy

Regal Quality Solutions™ (“RegalQS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to transparency, professionalism, and fair business practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service terms are handled across our consulting services and subscription offerings.

This policy is incorporated into and governed by the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

1. Consulting Services (Contract-Governed)

All consulting services, advisory engagements, assessments, and enterprise services provided by RegalQS are governed by a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between RegalQS and the client.

2. Subscription Services (No-Refund Policy)

RegalQS offers subscription-based access to proprietary digital content, templates, tools, educational materials, AI-assisted informational resources, assessments, and certificates.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. This policy applies because subscribers receive immediate access to proprietary digital content and resources upon purchase.

3. Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period. Access to subscription content remains available through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. Technical Access Issues

If you experience a technical issue that materially prevents access to subscribed content or believe services were not delivered as intended, please contact RegalQS promptly. RegalQS will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to resolve access or functionality issues in a timely manner. This provision does not constitute a refund guarantee.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Improper chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension or termination of access. Disputes regarding refunds are subject to the arbitration provisions in the Terms of Service.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

RegalQS provides educational, advisory, and professional support services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to regulatory survey results, accreditation status, quality or safety performance metrics, financial performance, or operational improvements.

7. Policy Updates

RegalQS reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the RegalQS website. Continued use of our services after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
