Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Regal Quality Solutions™ (“RegalQS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and its services (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

Relationship to Other Policies

These Terms operate together with the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict, these Terms govern except where a separate written agreement expressly controls.

Services Description

RegalQS provides AI-assisted educational and informational resources related to healthcare quality, patient safety, risk management, leadership, regulatory topics, and professional development. Services are non-clinical, non-operational, and informational only.

Consulting Services

Consulting, advisory, enterprise, and professional services are governed by a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between RegalQS and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a consulting agreement or SOW, the consulting agreement or SOW controls.

No PHI and No Medical Advice

Users may not submit Protected Health Information (PHI) or other regulated personal data. The Services do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and are not a substitute for professional judgment. Do not input identifiable patient information.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for lawful use of the Services, maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, and compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and plan details are disclosed at checkout.

Refunds and Cancellation

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time to prevent future charges; cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund for any current or prior billing period.

Improper chargebacks or payment reversals may result in suspension or termination of access and may be subject to dispute resolution procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content, tools, materials, trademarks, and intellectual property are owned by RegalQS or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

Disclaimers and No Guarantee of Outcomes

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. RegalQS does not guarantee outcomes, including regulatory results, accreditation status, quality or safety performance metrics, financial performance, or operational improvements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegalQS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability is limited as permitted under New York law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RegalQS from claims arising out of misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law.

Termination

RegalQS may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

Changes to Terms

RegalQS may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
