What Regal Quality Solutions™ offers

Regal Quality Solutions™ focuses on two main areas. The first is subscription-based tools that support individual nurses, nurse leaders, and quality professionals with leadership coaching, quality and safety education, and CMS-aware quality thinking. The second is consulting services for hospitals seeking support with quality programs, survey readiness, and performance improvement work.

Regal Quality Solutions™ takes a compliance-first approach to AI use, informed by recognized AI governance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 42001.

The goal is simple: help leaders and frontline teams move from worry and reaction to clearer plans, better conversations, and more reliable follow-through on quality and patient safety work.

Meet our Founder and CEO

Charmaine Rose, BSN, RN, CPHQ, MBA-Healthcare, is the Founder and CEO of Regal Quality Solutions™. She is a healthcare executive with nearly two decades of experience leading quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement initiatives within hospital environments.

Charmaine has held senior hospital leadership roles overseeing enterprise-wide quality and patient safety programs, CMS performance initiatives, survey readiness, risk management, and board-level quality reporting. Her work has focused on translating complex regulatory and performance data into clear, actionable guidance for executives, clinical leaders, and frontline teams.

She is a graduate of Harvard Medical School’s postgraduate program in Safety, Quality, Informatics, and Leadership (SQIL) and a United Hospital Fund Tribute to Excellence in Health Care Honoree, recognized for advancing healthcare quality and performance improvement.

Regal Quality Solutions™ reflects Charmaine’s belief that quality and safety work must be practical, human-centered, and grounded in professional nursing and executive judgment. The platform and consulting services are designed to support clearer thinking, stronger leadership conversations, and more reliable execution without replacing clinical or executive decision-making.
